Sam Manekshaw Dies at 94

Sam Manekshaw who is India`s second Field Marshal who was instrumental in the creation of Bangladesh when he routed the then pakistani army in just 14 days flat, died at Wellington at the Army hospital in Ooty in Tamil Nadu. He was 94. He is fondly called Sam Bahadur and his death was deeply mourned by all leaders and politicians.
