The engineering graduates who were placed in top notch IT companies are a frustrated lot with most of them yet to recieve the date of joining from their companies.
It is learnt that these companies will call the freshers only by the january of 2009.
The freshers are confused and some remain idle in their homes which they dont like. They want to start working as soon as possible and dont want to loose the salaries for the months spent at home.
Some students are going for courses, while some students are going for jobs in BPOs and call centres.
This is the position of Engineering graduates who despite getting placed have to sit at home for nearly a year.
