The announcement was made officially by shankar himself in sivaji`s silver jubilee function. This film was to made with SRK, then hrithik, then aamir and then talks of ajith doing the movie was doing rounds. But seeing sivaji`s mass appeal shankar has decided to doing with the BOSS hmimself. We all know that sivaji was made at a budget of 80 crores and made money to the tune of 150 crores. Now that Robo is director shankar`s dream project, this sci-fi flick may cost more than any other indian movie. This movie is expected to take indian cinema to the next level. But shankar, being a perfectionist is bound to make no mistakes and the film may be expected to finish in two years time. Well, this is an usual aspect of shankar. Speculation is also doing rounds that the latest sensation in bollywood Deepika Padukone and sexy nayanthara will be roped in as the heriones of the film.
