Edge managed to egde out Batista with the help of LA FAMILIA and has retianed the world heavyweight championship.

It is official now. It is going to be Batista, the animal and Edge who are going to fight it out in the night of champions for the world heavyweight championship. Batista had to fight against the great Khali to be the No.1 contender for the match. Batista won the match against Khali in which he survived the Khali bomb much to the astonishment of Vickie Guerro and Edge who were watching it at a distance.
