Silambarasan's Kettavan has been in the news right from the day it commenced. When the film’s inaugural function took place the whole Chennai was adorned with a variety of posters surprising the onlookers. But the shooting did not commence following a rift between its producers Baradhan Films and Silambarasan. The actor then turned busy with projects like Kaalai and Silambattam. Industry sources have indicated that Simbu Cine Arts has purchased this project from Baradhan Films. Reports also came in that Radaan TV and UTV have procured the rights to produce this film at a budget of about Rs. 20 crores! So let’s watch out how the film pans out. With Simbhu himself directing it, we can expect a decent film especially after the vallavan debacle.
